Let’s start with the easy part by setting the background color and placing the two circles.
I first thought about doing something like this but after creating this bigger rectangle I know I am wrong since the top and bottom element border-radius would not be covered in this way.
So it is better we cover the midsection so that we are free to create the top and bottom portions.
The top and bottom sections are now fine with the shaped border.
We can then cut the midsection with the red rectangles with shaped borders.
