50 – Theme Clock

There is a problem with the Traversy Media repository solution. When the hand reaches 0 position, it then does a reverse rotate and then rotates back again.
Had to try some trial and error methods for the hour hand, the logic was not clean and then realized I need to visualize the hands to implement it.
